Intelligent Tamper Function

The CUBE features automatic tamping and brewing pressure adjustment, which optimally adapts these processes to the ground coffee. Using this technology, the CUBE enables a precise and consistent extraction with every coffee brewed – getting the best out of the more than 800 aromas in the coffee bean.

The Aroma Balance System allows for maximum aroma and ideal extraction. Sounds complicated? It's not. With three different brewing profiles, you determine how the water flows through the ground coffee powder. This allows you to experience different flavor profiles from a single coffee variety.
