This chocolate bar contains cocoa beans cultivated by farmers committed to human rights, sustainability, and biodiversity. The beans are sourced from the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in the Tanzanian village of Mbingu.
Why do we recommend it?
The chocolate is crafted from scratch: the beans are gently roasted and slowly refined to highlight their natural qualities. Once the chocolate is tempered and molded, unrefined mineral-rich sea salt from the Kattegat Sea is added.
We curate only the best products to complement specialty coffee. Mellow artisanal chocolate is crafted in Copenhagen in small batches, using only a few carefully selected ingredients, with no hidden secrets.
