This chocolate bar contains cocoa beans cultivated by farmers committed to human rights, sustainability, and biodiversity. The beans come from a rare variety, Nacional, grown in Ecuador and processed through controlled fermentation.
Why do we recommend it?
The chocolate is crafted from scratch using only two ingredients: cacao beans and cane sugar. The beans are gently roasted and slowly refined to enhance notes reminiscent of caramel, almonds, and floral undertones.
We curate only the best products to complement specialty coffee. Mellow artisanal chocolate is crafted in Copenhagen in small batches, using only a few carefully selected ingredients, with no hidden secrets.
