CONFORT BLEND

DESCRIPTION

In Confort Blend we combine the qualities of two coffee origins to achieve a balanced extraction that is easy to obtain in the cup when using an espresso machine. Currently, Confort Blend consists of 50% Brazil Dona Nenem and 50% Costa Rica El Cedro, each roasted separately before blending.

On the cupping table, this blend stands out for its full body, creamy texture, citric and lactic acidity, with hints of marzipan, raisins, and caramel.
