This chocolate bar contains cocoa beans cultivated by farmers committed to human rights, sustainability, and biodiversity. The beans are sourced from the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in the Tanzanian village of Mbingu.
Why do we recommend it?
The beans are fermented for six days in three-tier wooden boxes, then gently roasted and slowly refined to preserve their natural characteristics, highlighting notes reminiscent of apricot, coffee, and mandarin.
We curate the best products to complement specialty coffee. Mellow artisanal chocolate is crafted in Copenhagen in small batches, using only a few carefully selected ingredients, with no hidden secrets.
